What types of uniforms do you manufacture?
If there is a uniform anywhere, be it in School, College, office, Hotel, Hospital, etc, we do it all. And not just uniforms we also supply all accessories required to enhance the look of the uniform for example tie, socks, belt, bags etc.
How long does it take to complete an order?
That depends on the colour of the uniform selected. If the colour is available in the market, then it wont take much time as then all that we need to do is finalise the design of the dress and start with the manufacturing process (we have our own inhouse tailors so the manufacturing also is quick). But then if the colour isn’t available, like sometimes few institutions need a special colour which needs to be dyed specially for them so then initially it may take as long as 3-4 months.
What kind of fabrics do you use?
We have been supplying school uniforms in some of the leading schools in Siliguri for the past 24 yrs. The fabrics that we use are all banded so we hardy get any complain of shrinkage or bubbling or discolouring of clothes. Having said that, we aren’t the direct manufacturers of fabrics and sometimes some manufacturing faults happen during the making of the same and if we get any complains we immediately stop any manufacturing until we are satisfied with the fabric of the next lot.
What are your payment terms?
we take a small amount as a confirmation before starting any work (i.e. if we do not know the organisation we are working for). Apart from that all amount to be paid upon completion of the work, either in cheque or in cash.
What if there are sizing issues after delivery?
We try to be very sure that there aren’t any issues after delivery because that is a problem not just for us but also for the customer, the organisation and the tailor too. So, we deal in both customised and readymade clothes (depending the need of the organisation). In customised clothing we take the measurement of each individual whose clothes need to be made and make them accordingly whereas in readymade the customers can simply pick the ready clothes as per their size. Even after that if there is any size use we are always there so serve and will fix the problem at the earliest
